Carl (Partner, UK) and Nick (Partner, USA) share strategic ownership. The legal entity, brand, code, content, and customer data on this site are the property of the Xiilio partnership.

- Editorial & brand voice: Mark (Founder).
- Technical architecture & code: CJ (The Brain).
- Customer & commercial decisions: Carl (UK) and Nick (USA).
- Data, security & compliance: CJ with sign-off from Mark.
- Legal & takedown requests: Mark.
Override Authority
Override authority on this site rests with the human owners — not with the AI agent and not with the hosting platform.
- Ultimate override: Mark (Founder).
- Commercial overrides: Carl (UK), Nick (USA).
- Technical & security overrides: CJ (The Brain).
- AI agent (Lovable): Has no override authority.
- Platform: Hosting and tooling only.
Every override action is logged in the admin audit trail with actor, timestamp, and justification. Disputed overrides are escalated to Mark and resolved in writing.
